All condiments are hand-made by Debra Moore, using predominantly organically grown fruits & vegetables from the Estate.
The grapes used are all premium quality and hand-picked, securing no blemished fruit. All other fruits & vegetables are hand cut to retain good texture & body, ensuring only perfect quality ingredients are used.
