Lobster with Spicy Grape Sauce
Attention Cray lovers!
Weather it's Prawns, Crab, Lobster or Yabbie the Grape sauce adds a the perfect sweet and spicy sensation.
We prepped our lobster tail by splitting it in half & cooked it in chilli oil until the centre reached 60°. (flipping it half way through)
Once plated you can either drizzle the Grape Sauce over the top or use it as a dipping sauce! 🦐🦀🦞
