Grape Sauce & Jalapeno Firecrackers
Quick easy snack for a laid back Sunday, casual get together or sneaky entrée.
- Cut & BBQ chunks of cabanossi, chorizo or your favourite sausage.
- Skewer a slice of jalapeno onto each piece of meat with a toothpick
- Coat with Grape Sauce, then bake or barbecue briefly on high heat to glaze the sauce and warm the jalapeno.
- Add chilli flakes for an extra kick! 🌶
Tip: to add an extra layer of flavor, spear cheese cubes between the meat and jalapeno.
